I found myself in Joplin on a Sunday night, and discovered that almost all of the restaurants, including many of the fast-food restaurants, were closed. This place was open, and had good reviews on Trip Advisor, so that's where I went. I'm glad I did! This is a good sports bar with a plentiful supply large-screen TVs. They have some good beers on tap, although the bar staff is not that familiar with some of the microbrew beers. I had a grilled ham and cheese sandwich, which was made with chopped ham and good cheese, and it was very good. The fries were crispy on the outside and nicely prepared as well.
Whenever I come to Joplin to visit my girlfriends we always come here for dinner or lunch. Excellent Greek food. Love the parmesan fries. We've always had great service and when Tasos is in, he always remembers us and makes excellent a suggestions on food and let's us know about upcoming events.
Passing through Joplin on 2,000 mile trek from Chicago to Phoenix. Stayed overnight in Joplin and due to TA rating, we had to try Sports Bar and Restaurant 66.
